Your personal data is processed by the Administrator in connection with the implementation of the contract for the provision of hotel, catering or recreational services based on a properly concluded contract. Taking care to protect your, own and other physical persons’ legitimate interests, the administrator also processes personal data in case of the need to investigate claims related to the services. In addition, the administrator processes the data for the purposes imposed on him by the applicable law and in the company's legitimate business interests as marketing and providing the highest quality services. If you express your permission, the Administrator will direct your marketing information on the current service offerings, promotions and events by e-mail.

 

With your permission, the Administrator may collect personal data when using the web pages automatically through "cookie" files and the IP address of the user's device. These data are used to monitor traffic on websites, use the functions provided for them and may be necessary for their proper operation. At any time you can limit or exclude them by the appropriate configuration of the device.

You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
